Trust infrastructure for autonomous systems.

SHOGI is building post-quantum cryptographic authority for Agentic AI, IoT, and Physical AI so that consequential actions can be trusted.

The investment premise

Powerful AI is not the same thing as trustworthy AI.

Autonomous systems can operate tools, access systems, and take actions with real business and physical consequences. Their software based authority, policies, and instructions exist inside the same reasoning environment that a capable or compromised autonomous AI may manipulate or circumvent.

The critical control point must sit outside the model’s control.

What SHOGI does differently

Cryptographic authority outside the autonomous system’s control.

SHOGI combines ordered identities, post-quantum Identity-Based Encryption (IBE), and signcryption, a single quantum-ready cryptographic process that performs both encryption and authentication, together with controls derived from System-Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-Sec). Learn How STPA Works →

STPA-Sec is the same methodology used to secure USAF strategic missile systems and USCYBERCOM, and it is expected that the Pentagon will extend its use to AI systems.

Even if an autonomous system’s decision-making is manipulated, protected actions still require valid cryptographic authority, verified outside the system’s control. No valid authority means no execution.

Multi-agent enforcement

One compromised agent should not be enough.

Operational agentProposes an action within a cryptographically bounded identity.
Supervisory agentIndependently classifies the action’s risk.
Quorum agentsProvide threshold approval for high-risk actions.
Human approversCan hold quorum seats for the highest-stakes decisions.
Audit agentCreates an immutable record of each authorized action.

Why now

AI leaders will compete on trust,
not model capability alone.

As the AI market consolidates, the companies that earn enterprise, government, investor, and public confidence will have a durable advantage. SHOGI gives an AI or infrastructure leader the technology, IP, team, and category narrative to define trusted autonomous systems.

  • Model-agnostic architecture for Agentic AI, IoT, and Physical AI
  • Filed IP around Ordered Identities, governance binding, and hidden-channel communication
  • Deep expertise across cryptography, AI architecture, embedded security, mission assurance, and IP strategy
  • A strategic path to become the secure, post-quantum default trust infrastructure for AI, IoT, Physical AI and more.
